- Every interface managed between your engineering team, the fabricators, the inspectors and the freight forwarders
Procurement and vendor ownership
- Single point of accountability for supplier selection, qualification, contracting and expediting
- Your procurement team does not have to run the RFPs or the audits
Technical and QA oversight
- Fabrication technical reviews, review and acceptance of the shop WPS and PQR, inspection regimes and document control
- Reviewed by our own subject matter experts rather than taken on the shop word, with the qualification records staying where the code puts them, with the manufacturer
Project controls and lifecycle reporting
- Progress dashboards, weld inch tracking, NDE reporting and material traceability
- Complete digital manufacturing record books and as built data at handover

North American governance over Asian capacity
The Houston office holds early engagement and feasibility, multi discipline design oversight, vendor prequalification and material strategy, a single point of contact for milestone reporting and change management, and QA and NDE coordination including third party audits.
